Each order may take approximately **0–24 hours** to start processing, depending on the order queue and service type. If more than 24 hours have passed and the system has not started processing, you may contact our team to check, request acceleration, or request cancellation review. This additional process may take approximately **24–72 hours**.
Once an order has started processing, it may not be possible to speed up or cancel the order. Please wait until the system completes the process.
⚠️ **Important Notes Before Ordering**
Please do not place duplicate orders for the same link if the previous order has not been completed. You should also avoid using multiple websites or multiple servers for the same link at the same time, as this may cause incorrect calculations and make it impossible for the system to verify the actual results.
If you change the username, change the link, close the account, or set the account to private while the order is processing, the system may stop working, and the order may be considered completed according to the service conditions.

Please check your link carefully before confirming every order. If the link is the wrong service type, wrong account, wrong format, unavailable, or does not match the selected service, the system may not be able to cancel or refund the order.
